Learning is made simpler and pleasurable with our new FLASHCARDS. Available for our young learners are multiplication flashcards with answers, a set of 26 flashcards with letters of the alphabet, and flashcards with colourful shapes and colours.

Why flashcards?

Teachers should aim to appeal to all the different learner types. It is particularly important to appeal to visual learners, as a very high proportion of learners have this type of intelligence. Our bright and colourful flashcards make a real impact on visual learners.
Flashcards are a really handy resource to have and can be useful at every stage of learning. They are a great way to present, practice and recycle vocabulary and when students become familiar with the activities used in class, they can be given out to early-finishers to use in small groups.

When learners look at the front side of a flashcard and think of the answer, they engage in a mental faculty known as active recall.  Active recall has been proven to create stronger neuron connections for memory trace. Because flashcards can so easily facilitate repetition, they are the best way to create multiple memory, thereby enhancing recall.
